KIM LOLLEY
Kim Lolley | Farmerville, Louisiana
After retiring from a successful twenty-five-year nursing career and entering the empty-nest phase of motherhood, Kim Lolley wondered what to do with her time. Reminiscing about childhood visits to her Memaw’s house in the countryside, when a pedaled Singer sewing machine became a font of beauty from which dresses flowed—not only for the young girl but for her dolls as well—the now-grown woman remembered the origins of her enduring love for fashion. Honoring her grandmother’s legacy and fulfilling this early dream, Kim founded her business in 2022. Originally called Lake Lady Designs, the now eponymous brand boasts a line of tasteful attire—primarily dresses—that brings vintage silhouettes and timeless feminine allure to the modern wardrobe.
“There’ve been lots of days when I wanted to give up, but I had that still, small voice that I believe is God telling me to keep on, to stay the course.” —Kim Lolley
