Mental Clarity Tea
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons loose-leaf or 2 tea bags
- English breakfast tea
- 1 teaspoon gingko biloba leaves
- Âľ teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup whole milk
- ÂĽ cup coconut sugar
- Garnish: cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan or teapot, combine black tea, gingko biloba, cardamom, and cinnamon stick. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Return to heat and stir in milk and coconut sugar. Heat until bubbles start to form around edges of pan. Remove from heat and strain. Serve hot.
