At Home with Antique Textiles: B. Viz Design

Rebecca found this lovely seventeenth-century Italian fragment of an Ionic column, pictured above left, on one of her trips to France. Mounted on homespun linen and protected with archival framing, it now holds sway between the kitchen and living room. Though there are plenty of details to give the home personality, the overall feel is clean-lined and comfortable, making a welcoming retreat for this creative entrepreneur.
