A lifetime of collecting has resulted in furnishings that are not only beautiful but also hold sweet sentiment. The owner’s favorite pieces are those passed down from her mother, such as the exquisite demilune table beneath the mirror in the dining room. Among her many collections are painted screens, cherubs, and Rose Medallion porcelain, the latter which includes an unusually tall vase adorned with gilded ormolu accents. A pair of tapestries is divided between her large and small living spaces. In fact, her penchant for pairs can be found in everything from inkwells to candlesticks.
