
The formal garden is just one of many beauty spots on the trail-threaded property, where a mosaic of woods, meadows, and wetlands serves as a pollinator sanctuary, nurturing bees and other insects vital to the ecosystem. An apple tree–dotted area down a terraced hillside near the main house once served as a favorite relaxation spot for the Lincoln family.
