All the furnishings in her home and café are products of her sewing business, Bohème est la Marquise. Nathalie loves twentieth-century fabrics as much as those from earlier periods, as evidenced by the blends of timeless linen with 1960s prints in the sitting room. She finds much of her cache at brocantes and house clearances, and her favorite projects involve dressing teddy bears—each one clad in clothes designed to reflect the character that has emerged in the making.
