While the Baltimore Drinking Room (right) showcases du Pont’s silver collection and exhibits exquisite panoramic wallpaper created in the early 1800s. Scenes of the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and the Italian countryside were transferred onto the wallpaper using the ancient art form of woodblock printing.
