Patrons weave their way through color-filled paths of perennials, annuals, herbs, vegetables, and other gardening-related wares found on the enchanting property that is intrinsically more garden than shop. Inspiration abounds within the pretty parameters of this compact urban plot that feels miles away from its city surrounds. Owner Jon Culver’s sense of whimsy appears around every corner, and it’s not unusual to find tendrils of sweet potato vines twirling through a cane-bottom chair or a cast-iron puppy peering through pots of lacecap hydrangeas.
