I simply love ‘collections’ of any beautiful and memorable items collected over the years with love and cherished experiences in the process.
My mother had a small collection of cameo pins that she started as a young woman and really loved each one for their richness of colour, beauty, and the memory of having received it. Her favourite was one that she found while traveling in Italy.
As for me, I tend to like collecting tableware items – china, sterling flatware and holloware, along with beautiful white embroidered linens for the table. Kitchens and Dining rooms have always been of utmost importance to me and I guess I strongly associate food with family !
Thank you Victoria for creating this special Classics issue of a new theme ! It’s quite lovely!
God bless !
