Hibiscus-Ginger Tea
Makes 2 to 3 servings
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons very loosely packed organic hibiscus calyces
- ¼ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 3 lemon slices
- 2 cups boiling water
- Honey, to serve
- Lemon slices, to serve
Instructions
- In a heatproof pitcher or carafe, combine hibiscus calyces, ginger, and lemon slices. Pour 2 cups boiling water over mixture, cover, and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain tea into desired serving mugs or cups; serve immediately with honey and lemon slices.
