3 tablespoons very loosely packed organic hibiscus calyces
ΒΌ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
3 lemon slices
2 cups boiling water
Honey, to serve
Lemon slices, to serve
Instructions
In a heatproof pitcher or carafe, combine hibiscus calyces, ginger, and lemon slices. Pour 2 cups boiling water over mixture, cover, and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain tea into desired serving mugs or cups; serve immediately with honey and lemon slices.
