Every evening, the group gathers in the villa’s kitchen for cooking lessons. Here, Paula shares her expertise preparing traditional Italian dishes (osso buco, minestrone, and homemade pasta are favorites), which the students can easily re-create in their own kitchens. They return home with new friends, heightened culinary skills, and a deep appreciation for Tuscany and Italian culture.
