Christmas in the Crescent City

Christmas in the Crescent CityThe beautiful historical homes are always dressed in their finest attire, with lacy ironwork and carved corbels acting as architectural jewelry. One of the stops on the PRCNO tour is the circa 1859 Mizell residence on Race Street. Its ornate Italianate style, complete with a double gallery and filigree ironwork, was a popular choice for houses built here from the 1850s through the 1880s.
