
When visitors arrive through the front door, they enter the only room remaining from the original 1979 structure. Here, walls of deep brown wood are dressed in gilt-frame portraits. In the nearby great room, brighter shades of blue and yellow echo the style of an unforgettable Sévres centerpiece atop the table. These “Ladies of the Four Seasons” are but a mere part of the stunning collection from Leslie’s favorite French porcelain manufacturer, other pieces of which are thoughtfully scattered throughout the house.
