Before moving in, the couple rearranged the floor plan, trimming the number of bedrooms from the original eight down to five, which allowed for more spacious accommodations. Those renovations, along with updating a few finishes to produce a patina more akin to their style, completed the home’s transformation. Having spent her childhood in France, Sylvie naturally chose to adorn the property’s charming interiors in an eclectic blend of Gallic textiles and gilded details, as well as more traditional traces of English design. This beautiful blending of styles extends to each of the private rooms and into the elegant but cozy common spaces.
