Life itself has been the tutor of self-taught artist Maribel Polanco of White Berry Lane, a homeowner and entrepreneur who has used bespoke antiques and romantic ephemera collected over decades to adorn not only her own dwelling but also a multitude of miniature papier-mâché houses that she makes by hand.
