Writer-in-Residence Carol Rizzoli, author of The House at Royal Oak, returns nearly a decade after her first tenure with Victoria. Artist-in-Residence Stephanie Monahan, whose atelier we featured last winter, also joins us for a year of hand-crafted inspiration.
