
Lavender Glaze
Makes approximately ½ cup
Ingredients
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ¼ teaspoon to ½ teaspoon culinary lavender
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
- In a small heatproof bowl, combine milk and lavender. Heat in a microwave in 15-second intervals just until milk begins to steam. Cover and let cool completely.
- Strain milk through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding solids.
- In a small bowl, combine confectioner’s sugar and 1½ tablespoons lavender milk. Whisk together, adding up to an additional 1 tablespoon milk, until glaze is thick and combined. Use immediately.
