Soaked Fruits
- ½ cup diced candied orange
- ½ cup golden raisins
- ¼ cup chopped dried cherries
- ¼ cup chopped dried cranberries
- ½ cup orange liqueur*
- ⅓ cup water
- In a medium bowl, toss together candied orange, raisins, cherries, cranberries, liqueur, and ⅓ cup water. Cover and let stand overnight.
- Drain fruit. Gently pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Use immediately.
