In a pitcher, combine cranberry juice, simple syrup, gin, and lemon juice. Serve over ice. Thread cranberries on rosemary sprigs to garnish, if desired.
Notes
*In a small saucepan, bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and let cool completely.
