Cinnamon Whipped Cream
 
Makes approximately 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream at medium speed with a mixer until thickened. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar and cinnamon, beating until soft peaks form. Use immediately.
