Fried Sage Leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (1-ounce) package fresh sage, separated into leaves
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sage leaves, and cook until crisp, about 1 minute. Let drain on paper towels.
