Red Wine Vinaigrette
 
Makes approximately ⅔ cup
Ingredients
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper; slowly whisk in oil. Serve immediately.
