Red Wine Vinaigrette
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper; slowly whisk in oil. Serve immediately.
