Four-Berry Smoothie Bowl
 
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries, divided
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries, divided
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries, divided
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, divided
  • 2 bananas, sliced and divided
  • 1 cup almond milk, divided
  • 2 cups ice cubes, divided
  • Garnish: fresh berries, sliced almonds, chia seeds
Instructions
  1. In the container of a blender, combine 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 sliced banana, and ½ cup almond milk. Process until mixture is smooth. Add 1 cup ice cubes, and process until mixture is thickened. Pour into 3 shallow bowls. Repeat process with remaining fruit, almond milk, and ice. Garnish servings with berries, almonds, and chia seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.
