Dijon Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, maple syrup, mustard, pepper, and salt. Serve immediately.
