Dijon Vinaigrette
 
Makes approximately ½ cup
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, maple syrup, mustard, pepper, and salt. Serve immediately.
