Orange Glaze
 
Makes approximately 2½ cups
Ingredients
  • 11/2 cups orange marmalade
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup orange juice
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, place marmalade, broth, and juice, whisking to combine. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, and serve immediately. To store, let cool completely, and refrigerate, in an airtight container, for up to 5 days. Reheat before serving.
