Sage Aïoli
 
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup pear preserves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground red pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, preserves, sage, salt, black pepper, and red pepper until smooth. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
