Elderflower Mimosas
- 5 ounces St-Germain
- 10 ounces pear nectar
- 1 (750-ml) bottle Champagne, chilled
- Pour ½ ounce St-Germain and 1 ounce pear nectar into each of the 10 serving glasses. Top off with chilled Champagne just before serving.
To brighten this cocktail for a springtime variation, divide 3 ounces of fresh lemon juice among servings, if desired.
