Gin-Cordial Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces Raspberry Cordial (recipe above)
  • 1½ ounces gin
  • ¼ ounce lime juice
  • Sparkling water, to serve
  • Garnish: lemon peel
Instructions
  1. Fill desired glass with ice.
  2. Add Raspberry Cordial, gin, and lime juice.
  3. Top with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel, if desired.
