White Chocolate Ganache
 
Makes approximately 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ΒΌ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Place white chocolate, butter, and whipping cream in a heatproof bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes before using.
