Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Bites
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 large English cucumber, cut into 12 (¼-inch) rounds
- 1 (4-ounce) package cold smoked salmon
- Garnish: fresh dill, lemon zest
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, capers, dill, and lemon zest; stir until smooth.
- Top each cucumber round with 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture. Top cream cheese with smoked salmon. Garnish with dill and lemon zest, if desired.
